- More mental health and peer support groups at our schools to support our children. More opportunities for youth showcases and peer support together, and more time with a counselor, and artists like Dalisha [Dalisha Phillips] and Afua [Afua Kouyate] and more.
- More financial support for families who need basic needs met with connection through schools, childcare providers/Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program + HeadStart and home visiting

The Seattle community has a long legacy of advocating to get our needs met. Be a part of that legacy as we officially begin collecting ideas on how to spend $27 million dollars of the cities budget through our current Participatory Budgeting Process. The event will include live Dj sets all day from Toya B and Vitamin D, a special youth step team performance, an open mic, and FREE FOOD from Ezelles’ Fried Chicken, Lil Red’s Catering , Winnie’s Cafe and Deli, and The Greedy Vegan.
