Justification: Supporting homeownership through Office of Housing (OH) and OED business support.
Other notes: OED offers programs and funding for small businesses with programs and resources by connecting them to operating capital, alternative financing, navigating government regulation and processes, tenant improvement grants, permit support, and commercial space technical assistance, legal and business resources, and 1-to-1 consultation.
