We have built a collaboration of over 20 organizations that are aligned on the same goals, which help our community to bring together Professionals, youth, entrepreneurs, college students and high-school students to support the following 3 goals:

- Supporting Black Business & Black Wealth
- Empowering Youth Development
This proposal is being evaluated
Type of funding: Programs and services (non-capital)
Rough cost estimate: Between $500,000 and $2 million
Evaluation notes:
✅ This idea could be implemented without changing current policy or law.
✅ This idea is within the City's jurisdiction.
❌ This idea names a vendor, which would violate open contract laws.
✅ This idea would not incur costs indefinitely.
Justification: Proposal is for capacity building and would identify future funding sources to support programming.
Other notes: OED offers programs and funding for small businesses with programs and resources by connecting them to operating capital, alternative financing, navigating government regulation and processes, tenant improvement grants, permit support, and commercial space technical assistance, legal and business resources, and 1-to-1 consultation.
