End the practice all taking juveniles as adults in the criminal justice system. Out children (Bipoc) would stop being disproportionately horned by this practice. I would like for this idea to bring the community most impacted.

Justification: Jurisdiction questions (City attorney oversees misdemeanors only, yes?). County has jurisdiction over other cases.
Other notes: Not sure if there is a budget impact to this.
