The RFP could be stewarded by the Department of Human Services. $175 monthly stipend to Black ADOS city residents to cover the cost of counseling/therapy with a culturing matched provider, for individuals below 80% AMI per family size. $175/ month x 12 months x 1,000 recipientes= $2,100,00/year. $400,000 total admin/operating costs/year= $400,000
Total= $2,500,00/year for as many years as city delegates deem feasible.
