❌ This idea would incur costs indefinitely.
Justification: This doesn't have to be a specific building just for immigrants and refugees (I&R); it could look like designating a percentage of housing units to new coming I&R
Other notes: There has been an increase in number of migrants arriving. There are tremendous language barriers and CBOs do not have capacity or resources to address this increased need. Funding to address this in coordination with KCRHA would be tremendously beneficial.
