Free afterschool programs for low-income schools
Many Seattle elementary schools do not have afterschool programs that are free for youth. Schools in wealthier areas have PTAs with thousands of dollars and offer all sorts of activities. This puts wealthy kids at even more of an advantage. It's hard for working families to watch their kids afterschool and get work done. This would fund art, music, dance, sports, etc. at southend low-income schools that do not have free afterschool programs (Emerson, Dunlap, Rainier View, MLK).
