Seattle Technical Inclusivity Initiative
A partnership with H.O.P Technical Consulting, Accel BI, SBBN, The National Black MBA Association, and It Takes A Village, addresses the disparity in tech employment, where only 2.7% of the 300,000 tech jobs created in the past five years were accessible to Black individuals. STII will offer specialized training & certifications, portfolio building, and industry collaborations to double the representation of Black individuals in Seattle's tech sector within 3 years.
