Evaluation notes:

✅ This idea would not incur costs indefinitely.

Justification: A race/marathon could be a welcome addition to our recreational programming. Target neighborhood, activity (walking, biking, etc.), and demographics need to be determined.

Other notes: I'm not the most familiar with the Recreation side of things, but I wasn't easily able to find a race that SPR puts on, so perhaps this an opportunity to expand and diversify our events/programming.
