First Home Buyer - Investment in Property - Rental or BIPOC
1) Free down payment home assistance, education in property investment. Teaching folks to use their income to save, invest their income, work with their employers for programs on saving program, like retirement home buying.
2) Buy a piece of property, build + reserve for Black people to buy property.
This proposal has been rejected because:

Justification: Fair housing laws likely prohibit the sale of property exclusively to Black people as noted in the description.
Other notes: The Office of Housing funds downpayment assistance through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. OH also funds the permanently affordable homeownership housing in compliance with all federal Fair Housing laws.
