I propose that some of the funds be set aside to help offer continued grants for existing and new programs in this area of teaching and guiding our youth how to express themselves in a creative way.
Youth with unique skill will be able to develop real skills of career development and be able to nurture their art and express themselves in an constructive manner within their own community through these programs that show kids how to buy need financial support themselves to continue.
This proposal has been accepted because:

✅ This idea is within the City's jurisdiction.
❌ This idea names a vendor, which would violate open contract laws.
✅ This idea would not incur costs indefinitely.
Justification: Very feasible with funds.
Other notes: We have the infrastructure to do it; would need additional funding to meaningfully support this work.
