Evaluation notes:

✅ This idea could be implemented without changing current policy or law.

✅ This idea is within the City's jurisdiction. 

❌ This idea names a vendor, which would violate open contract laws. 

❌ This idea would incur costs indefinitely. 

Justification: Not clear what the project idea is. Assuming funding for Sankofa theater to acquire space? Otherwise if ongoing operations, that would change the answers.

Other notes: We have the infrastructure to do it, assuming it is a capital project. As an ongoing support, the project might be better housed in ARTS.
