Maintenance and Utilities Assistance for Affordable Group Housing
Faith Over Fear manages a 7-room home providing affordable lodging for men in transition, who are working but face homelessness due to increasing rent costs in our area. The house has been provided by a benefactor under condition that Faith Over Fear covers costs for maintenance and some utilities.

Rough cost estimate: Between $500,000 and $2 million
Evaluation notes:

❌ This idea names a vendor, which would violate open contract laws.
❌ This idea would incur costs indefinitely.
Justification: Developing a contract would not be difficult. Funds allocated would potentially pay operating costs for a length of time commensurate to the budget.
Other notes: May be more appropriate as an OH administered project.
