Justification: This request will be fulfilled by the ongoing Dual Dispatch project CSCC is rolling out in Fall 2023. Program costs are determined by the size of the program.
Other notes: CSCC already has a program to address this need starting in Fall 2023.

The Seattle community has a long legacy of advocating to get our needs met. Be a part of that legacy as we officially begin collecting ideas on how to spend $27 million dollars of the cities budget through our current Participatory Budgeting Process. The event will include live Dj sets all day from Toya B and Vitamin D, a special youth step team performance, an open mic, and FREE FOOD from Ezelles’ Fried Chicken, Lil Red’s Catering , Winnie’s Cafe and Deli, and The Greedy Vegan.
