Justification: Yes if the allowance for temporary and transitional housing is removed from the proposal.

Other notes: The Office of Housing does not fund temporary or transitional housing. Funds go to support the development of affordable rental housing such as permanent supportive housing that houses chronically homeless individuals. May want to consult the Human Services Department or the King County Regional Homelessness Authority to discuss temporary or transitional housing options.
