Better homeless shelters and food banks
sometimes we say we need more things when they already exist, so think about the existing homeless shelters and food banks and figure out why they aren't working for people or aren't being used by people who need them and improving them so more people want to use that resource and that they are reaching the people who need them most.
This proposal has been accepted because:
