✅ This idea doesn't name a specific vendor.
✅ This idea would not incur costs indefinitely.

Other notes: The main body of work of OH is the funding of affordable rental and homeownership projects within the City of Seattle. These projects come to OH via project sponsors (generally non-profit affordable housing developers) and are proposed following an often legthy processes to develop a vision and plan for development.
